Ireland 2030 - Breaking the Glass Ceiling

In the boom years, Ireland was known as the Celtic Tiger. Now is the time for the business events industry to lead the way to the Celtic Tiger 2. Let’s get inspired and break the glass ceiling to achieve Ireland’s next economic boom. This session will grab at the heart of the Irish unstoppable spirit where Sherrif Karamat will inspire us with his personal journey to help Ireland unlock the necessary ingredients for success.

International Debate Session - Agree to Disagree

In a rapidly changing business environment, frequently leaders are forced to make decisions with limited information.  This coupled with a political climate where frequently leaders are put in the untenable position to defend positions, they are not in agreement with, nor do they align with their personal and organisational values.   In this sessions, ten questions will be posed to two panelists where they will be forced to defend positions not of their choosing.  This session will not only be informative and engaging but will be highly entertaining.  In each of the scenarios, there will be two points of view with one winner. Let’s see which side you find yourself.  Join us in this ´unconventional format´ where we will assess and discuss the critical roadblocks and triggers for Ireland to become a high-performing business event destination.
