9:00 AM: Explore University of Galway Meet with Patricia Walsh & Ethan Brennan for an exclusive tour of UoG’s state-of-the-art meeting spaces and accommodation offerings.
10:15 AM: Return to the Heart of Galway Arrive back in town, ready for the next leg of our journey.
10:30 AM: Choose Your Own Adventure
Option 1 – Galway Food Tour: Indulge in a culinary walking tour led by local guides. Savour the flavors of Galway with delights ranging from fresh oysters and artisanal cheeses to sushi, crab, doughnuts, strawberry tarts, local beers, and more. A true feast for the senses!
Option 2 – Visit to Claregalway Castle (One of Galway’s Unique Gala Dinner Venues): Step back in time at Claregalway Castle, a fully restored 15th-century Anglo-Norman tower house. Nestled on the banks of the River Clare, this historic venue is perfect for a Gala Dinner and is home to the Brian Boru Harp, the national symbol of Ireland.
