Welcome from the Chair

Welcome to AIPCO and our newly updated website. Our primary aim is to provide information and resources to you, our valued members. This platform offers a number of portals broken down into:

  • Who we are
  • How to Join
  • Educational Portal
  • Newsroom
  • AIPCO’ in Action
  • Contact Details

In the last 2 years AIPCO members have been presented with many challenges and although some difficulties will persist in 2022, we must acknowledge the herculean efforts made by members to remain in business and keep looking and planning ahead.

My commitment to you as your Chair, is to deliver exponential growth and engagement within our industry. Through opportunities with our Industry Partners, Sponsors and key stakeholders to expand ‘AIPCO Membership’ and ‘Corporate Member Options’ to add value and be at the forefront of what our colleagues need. I believe this deserves ALL our best efforts to make this happen. During my tenure as Chair, the engagement with colleges and universities to promote and educate on what our industry can offer will also be paramount. We cannot plan ahead without considering who will help build our industry in the future, so working with those institutions can help us access and attract the very best of the upcoming talent this country has to offer. I am already preparing a number of innovative ways in which we can make this happen and look forward to sharing these with you in due course.

Resilient, passionate, agile and ever serving, are just a few words I would use to describe our industry. Never have these qualities been so thoroughly tested as during the past two years. During my time as your Chairperson, I will work to ensure these efforts are rewarded and put to good use as the foundation of the next phase of exciting development for the inbound tourism industry. We have all learned so much about ourselves and our industry since 2020 and this will stand us in good stead this year and for many more to come. I look forward to working with you all in the year ahead.
