Company Membership – Full Member

Open to Professional Conference Organisers that have been engaged exclusively or principally on a full time basis in the organisation of professional conferences, congresses and other international and national meetings for at least 4 years. Companies to have organised 8 international meetings in a full management role. Company should have a permanent company or business address and a full time staffed office in the island of Ireland and have expertise and management systems in-house capable of managing all aspects of a major international conference using all up to date and current technology including on-line registrations, receipt of abstracts, exhibition, transport, social programme, financial operations and budgeting, printed materials, venue management, sponsor requirements, and dealing with suppliers.

Council Members & Voting: Full members are entitled to send 2 representatives to AIPCO council meetings, but regardless of the the number of representatives, a full member is only allowed one vote when issues that require voting occur.

Company membership only / only open to PCOs

Company Membership – Associate Member

Council Members & Voting: Associate members are entitled to send 1 representative to AIPCO council meetings, but do not have voting rights.

Industry Professional (Individual Membership)

Individual membership, open to all industry practitioners engaged in the conference and events sector in Ireland.

Corporate Sponsor

Open to private companies, industry suppliers – corporate sponsorship package options available on request.
