Fáilte Ireland is offering complimentary return transfers to
delegates who are travelling from Dublin to beautiful Dromoland including a familiarisation trip, as per itinerary below.

Destination Educational: Site visit to University of Limerick and Thomond Park with Lunch

  • Breakfast bites – Michellin Plate fine dining restaurant ‘The East Room’.
  • Site visit of University Concert Hall, UL Sport Arena, Cappavilla accommodation. 
  • Site Visit of the Rugby Museum and Conference Facilities at Thomond Park
  • Transfer to Dromoland Castle and Inn at Dromoland.

Friday 28 February

Return transfer from Dromoland Castle/Inn at Dromoland to Fáilte Ireland offices, Dublin 1

Advantage the conference organisers will be in touch with all registered delegates directly
to ascertain if they wish to avail of the transfer and participate in the FAM trip on route.

Terms and conditions

*All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration.
*Once payment has been received, an email confirmation and a receipted invoice will be sent.
*If payment is not made at the time of booking, registration will be provisional.
*Payment by EFT/Bank Transfer will not be accepted after Friday 17th January, close of earlybird registration. 

*Delegates may nominate an alternative person from their organisation to attend up to 1 week prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge.
*Should substitution not be possible, cancellation charges apply as follows:
*Full refund up to the 24th of January 2020.
*No refund for registration, accommodation or functions will be granted after February 1st.
